Shipping policy

Shipping generally takes 10-18 business days, depending on location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 25 business days.

For orders with multiple items, sometimes they are shipped in separate packages, so please refer to the separate item tracking codes if you feel that you are missing an item as it may be delivered at a different date/time.
